OUR APPROACH

A SPECIALIST WHO COMES TO YOU

A specialist physiotherapist with experience in your condition comes to you, gets to the bottom of the problem, and leaves you with a clear plan for how to manage your condition and reach your goals, all in one visit.

THE PROCESS

from first call to discharge

STEP 1

Free phone assessment

Before you commit to anything, you’ll speak to a member of our team with a clinical background. We’ll talk through your condition and what you’re looking for, at no cost. This helps us understand whether we’re the right fit for you, and if we’re not, we’ll try to connect you with someone who is, whether that’s a GP, another medical professional, or an area of therapy we don’t cover ourselves. We’ll also let you know what type of therapy you’re likely to need, what a physical assessment involves, and when we’d next be able to see you.

STEP 2

Matched to the right therapist

No jack of all trades therapy. You’re matched to the therapist on our team who specialises in your particular condition, not just whoever’s next available. If you’ve had a stroke, you need a neurophysio with expertise in that area, not a community therapist who covers everything. Your treatment programme should be bespoke to you, and once we’ve matched you with a therapist, we monitor your progress and stay involved throughout. All our therapists are vetted and interviewed so we can match them to clients properly, and if a match isn’t working, we’re flexible enough to change it easily.

STEP 3

We come to you

Your therapist travels to you, whether that’s home, work, or wherever suits. They arrive fully briefed on what you shared at the phone assessment. No travelling while injured, no parking, no time off work, treatment delivered in a familiar setting. Being in your own environment, at a time that works for you, also means we can work on the practical, everyday tasks you’re finding difficult as part of the session itself, and it limits the fatigue of getting to appointments.

STEP 4

A thorough assessment

Initial appointments run from 1.5 hours. At the phone assessment we gather as much information as we can and note it down for the therapist to review before they arrive. They’ll go through this with you when they see you, talk about your goals and expectations, and carry out a full physical assessment, sometimes looking at how you move around your home environment too. Treatment starts in this same session. Most of the time we’ll build you an exercise programme to do on your own or with family, or we can arrange for an assistant to come and work through it with you daily.

STEP 5

l

A plan built with you

Your findings are explained back to you clearly, and we build a management plan together around your own goals. Where anything else is needed, we’ll arrange onward referral to other specialists.

STEP 6

Support that doesn't stop at the first visit

You’re not just handed over to a therapist. Our team stays available to support you throughout your rehab journey, helping arrange and coordinate appointments, equipment and referrals as you go.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

ALL PART OF THE FEE, NOTHING ADDED LATER

It’s easy to assume some of this costs extra, but it’s all part of your initial consultation. Included in the fee:

  • The free phone assessment
  • Travel to you
  • The full 1.5-hour assessment
  • Your assessment report, with ongoing recommendations from your therapist
  • Follow-up check-ins from the team

OUR TEAM

A GENUINE MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM

We’re a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team specialising in intensive, personalised rehabilitation. Our therapists work across our gyms, hydrotherapy pools and clients’ homes, collaborating with NHS teams, care agencies, carers and PAs where needed to provide joined-up support.

Our experienced therapists specialise within their individual areas of practice, allowing us to build the right team around each person and their rehabilitation goals. With multiple disciplines under one roof, we can easily bring in additional expertise as your needs change – whether that’s physiotherapy, occupational therapy or musculoskeletal support.

Everyone works together using the same clinical note system, so your care stays connected without you having to coordinate between different providers.

For larger rehabilitation programmes, our rehabilitation coordinator can plan and manage your schedule, provide a weekly timetable and regularly check in with you, your family and wider care team.

WHY IT’S WORTH IT

COST OF GETTING IT WRONG

  • Lack of specialist expertise – Therapy that isn’t tailored to your specific condition or rehabilitation needs.
  • Poorly coordinated care – Different therapists and providers may not communicate or work towards the same goals.
  • Having to manage it yourself – You’re left coordinating between therapists, appointments and different companies.
  • Missing the right interventions – Without specialist input, you may miss treatments or approaches that could benefit your rehabilitation.

COMPARED TO THE ALTERNTIVES

  • Convenient home visits – Save time and receive rehabilitation in the comfort of your own home.
  • Rehabilitation that’s relevant to everyday life – Working in your own environment allows therapy to focus on the activities and challenges that matter to you.
  • Work towards goals sooner – Context-specific rehabilitation can help make your goals and targets more achievable.
  • Flexible treatment options – Clinic-based and hydrotherapy sessions can be added to your programme whenever they’re beneficial.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is it £239 for the first visit?

It’s 1.5 hours with a specialist therapist, in your own environment. Travel is included (within London). Your assessment report and recommendations are included in the fee too. Our therapists are highly qualified and experienced.

What's the difference between the first visit and a follow-up?

The first visit is your initial assessment: goal-setting with outcome measures, and forming your rehabilitation programme. Follow-ups are where that programme gets delivered and progressed.

How many sessions will I need?

This is established following your initial assessment and depends on you as an individual, there isn’t a standard number.
