outpatient services

Being seen in a rehab gym or clinic provides access to specialised equipment, a safe and controlled environment, and focused therapy sessions. We offer outpatient services at the UNTIL Wellness Centre in Marylebone, conveniently located near Oxford Street and Harley Street.

Additionally, we have rehab gym locations in Liverpool Street and Soho. With flexible scheduling, you can easily book sessions around your workday, whether in the early morning, lunchtime, or after work.

We’re able to offer you

Soho and Marylebone clinic locations in London have dedicated coaching and consultation rooms for speech and language, dietetics, psychology appointments and occupational therapy sessions. Our specialist physiotherapists provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for a range of conditions, including:

  • Joint and Muscle Pain & Sporting Injury rehabilitation: Expert assessment and therapy  from our MSK therapists to address and manage pain and injuries.
  • Stroke & Neurological Conditions: Tailored strength, cardiovascular, and functional training from our neuro physiotherapy team to support recovery and improve daily functioning.
  • Cancer Rehabilitation: Clinical exercise and rehabilitation programmes designed to aid recovery and improve quality of life for those living with cancer. Therapists providing this have specialist skills and expertise for working with those wanting to stay active living with cancer.
  • Balance and Mobility Issues: Targeted interventions to enhance strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, helping individuals with mobility challenges.

Treatment sessions can be solely gym-based, clinic room-based, or hybrid—combining gym-based exercises with therapeutic interventions in the privacy of our therapy rooms. This flexible approach allows us to provide comprehensive care tailored to your specific needs.

Optimal environments

Consultation rooms are available for speech and language, rehab dieticians and psychology assessment and treatment sessions.

Kate has over 15 years of clinical experience, with the past 10 years focused on neurorehabilitation for brain injuries, stroke, and long-term neurological conditions. She is Neurofit-trained, an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (ATA), and combines Pilates with tailored rehabilitation programmes in both home and rehab gym settings.

She is Neurofit-trained with expertise in strength and conditioning, hydrotherapy, electrical stimulation, FES bike therapy, and Parkinson’s rehabilitation through PD Warrior training.
